Infection after circumcision

Looks fine mate. Just dried blood. As long as there's no pain or smelly discharge.
You could apply an antibiotic ointment twice a day to the stitches and wound area to minimise the chances of infection.
When has your circumcision been performed?
On friday
So OP was on Friday and picture was taken today? Hmm ... did you clean your penis at all during that time or is that dried blood there from the op? It shouldn't be bleeding in those parts almost a week from OP. If you're not experiencing other symptoms of infection, try the antibiotic ointments first, otherwise go see your doc again for maybe an antibiotics prescription.
Its not usual for dried blood to mix with fresh blood but as I said it also depends on when your circ was performed. Usually an infection is accompanied by redness, pain, bad smell , yellowish discharge and/or fever. Not sure what country you are from, if you have Neosporin available (ointment-fatty) not cream (milky) you can put that one twice a day but don't over do it.
If you have "tearing" pain (sensation as if something was pulling your wound with sudden spikes of pain, or continued bleeding several days after the op (some bleeding is fine, a drop or so) then might be worth contacting your doc (the one performing the procedure).
