Urinating after circumcision..

Hi all

Just wanted to compare stories.. Since the circumcision, when i pee its like a pressure washer shooting out!! is this something that eases up? or is this the new pee strength? lol i think a bit of weeping fluid dried in and over the hole and when i peed it tore it off causing a little bleeding.. now when i pee its a little sore just inside the urethra.. Anyone has this?? im currently putting vaseline on the hole, and before i pee i bathe the head to soften any dried weeping fluid.. Again any experiences or words of wisdom is greatly appreciated..

I found that the pee hole rubbed on my boxers and caused it to swell and harden slightly which made it spray everywhere and also made you piss that fierce that if using a urinal you had to stand 2 meters away to stop it splashing back at you.

It sorted itself out in a couple of weeks.

I'm now 6 months post op and we'll pleased with the end result.

Thanks Daz... Just saw a doctor and he has told me ive had an excellent job done and looks good for 2 weeks recovery... Pretty much agreed that the weeping must be drying in the urethra and when i wee its tearing off causing some bleeding... He has given me antibiotics incase it doesn't clear up in a few days.. Its set my mind at ease though to know my recovery is on track.. Just need to keep up regular bathing and use vaseline.. Sorry for waffling, thank you again!

Glad it's reassured you. I remember feeling so isolated at some points early on.

I think it's bad that they don't rputinely give you a follow up appointment after the op cos most guys have worries and concerns during the first few weeks.

Completely agree you would think a week later then 2 weeks later at the very least.. Some men get all macho and think ill go when it gets bad, next thing they know its dropped off lol the surgeon who done mine on 18th June said ill see you in 3 months!!!, i have an appointment in september..

I just got told to call if any issues. In all fairness I had a brilliant surgeon and he made a cracking job.

It’s very common but it will ease up as the swelling eventually goes down.

The rest of the healing is fine, swelling almost gone, no pain really, tightness with erections.. Saw a doctor yesterday and he said ive had an excellent job done, which fills me with confidence.

Yes, the sudden increase of "strength" is mot likely caused by the swelling. 90% of the time it is just caused due to sensitivity in that part being stronger now, the swelling the "shock" of it. For me it used to feel like its piling up, then it shot out, hurt a bit but then stopped hurting and it was normal. Even when you stop peeing I felt slight pain but that goes away as well. After swelling is gone, you will pee just like you did before, though you will have to get used to shaking more than rubbing excess pee off with your foreskin xD.

Thanks for that.. I find myself trying to control the flow most of the time.. I will be pleased when it calms down a bit..
