I’ve seen a lot of guys here say that the salt water helped, but to me it stung way too much. They say it helps with the healing and yes you should mix with water if that’s the route you want to take.
As far as the stitches go it can take anywhere from a week and a half give or take to 4-5 weeks. Swelling could take 3-4 weeks, or months depending on your body and healing process.
I did not use salt, but I think it is a weak mix of salt to water. I used emollient lotion in a shallow bath, moving onto baby bath lotion. Healing can take a while, be patient.
This is my 10th day, still swelling, nothing really change here, recovery really slow, i did rinsed it through salt water (boiled water mix with salt let it cooling down) today, it was pain, had, Doctor said its normal but im afraid. Some other guys said its only a week for it to recover, some said 5. I just dont know what to do.
It really is just different for everyone. I am with you too. I am on Day 18 and my swelling on my shaft and ring part still hasn't subsided yet. There isn't pain anymore besides when the stitches move around and sometimes really strong erections hurt a bit. I am just hoping the swelling goes down soon cause it is getting a bit annoying now...
Everytime i woke up, it bleed, im not sure weather i bleed even worse or gottn better, pretty much the same for me, i didnt see any sign of recovery. Im on a day 10th n still bleeding. Thts what makes ne worried
Is it a yellowish discharge coming from the incision? If it is, that is pretty normal. I am still at Day 18 having a slight discharge on the frenulum side only, since that side will take longer to heal. It is never a bad idea to go check with the surgeon who did it to make sure no infection developed. Worst case, you go on an antibiotic for a few days like ciprofloxacin.
Yes its yellowish plus little bit of blood, thanks buddy, i was thinking of if id knew i was going through this i wouldn't do, but im kind of relief now.
