As you've just posted another question saying that the shaft of your penis is incredibly sore and looks slightly bruised, I am surprised that you are even thinking about this current topic!

However, for what it's worth there is no set time after which it's safe to pleasure yourself. We heal at different speeds; not all ops are the same, etc., so it really is a matter of waiting until you are sufficiently well healed before restarting this or any sexual activity and that will vary from person to person.

For what it's worth, and from memory, I waited about 4 to 6 weeks before even attempting to masturbate.

As another poster said 'keep it in your pants until it's healed and ready to go'. Be patient!

Maybe give yourself another three weeks or so, and when you do 'get back to it', go gently. If you haven't already got any, buy yourself a bottle of good quality water-based lube - and use it!!

Yes, it will. There is a very good reason why nature provides for a woman's body to produce a natural lubricant, so all you'll be doing is replacing nature's own with a commercial product. I was told by my doctor to wait 20 days to a month to get to do it. But i did get circumcised with a laser so i don't know if it applies to your situation. In any case i still have my stitches on so i'm not even considering it.
