That's right too many factors maybe. It's odd as I'm having only having bouts of it, so it's not regular. So, in the other words I'll have days where I'm fine, normal urine frequency and then suddenly one day my urine output will increase despite not having changed my fluid intake. The urine then is a clear, pale yellow colour but when I'm fine it's more yellowish. I've checked my blood sugar yesterday during one of these bouts and it's normal, so, not sure what this could be.
I am on Remeron (Mirtazapine) and have been on it for more than 2 months now so I'm not sure if that is having an effect here although that would be strange given that I didn't have any side effects when I first took it.
Tea is a natural diuretic so you will need to pee after drinking. I do not think it produces more urine, it just you need to go sooner than, say, drinking plain water. If you are going a lot, I would suggest drinking more water. And if you can, try and hold on a little each time, this will help train your bladder.
