Post circumcision

Hi, I had a circumcision about 3 almost 4 weeks ago. My regular doctor saw it and said it's healing good but my worry is this knot on the top of the foreskin, maybe 2cm below the incision site. I've cleaned the area, kept it dry and used the antibiotic ointment the surgeon prescribed me. Can anyone tell me what it may be? I'm 19 and I'd love for my buddy to work again without hurting

Thanks in advance

A photo' on the site may help someone to recognise your issue. Three weeks is still quite early.
