I had the operation just over 24 hours ago, everything is generally ok, going to the toilet is a lot different to what im used to and the head is still very sensitive due to the fact that I had Phimosis, i was advised to wait 48 hours to remove the bandages and to keep it dry for all 48 hours, i was wondering what the best way is to replace to bandages are, im assuming that it would to be in a warm bath and remove then. Another thing that is worrying me is the cleaning due to it still being sensitive, im worried about the pain that might accour, and feedback would be amazing thanks

Do not take a bath 48 hours after OP! if you need help taking off the bandages, gently soften them up with warm water, but pad it, don't soak it. You don't want to soak the stitches for the first 3 days at all. After that only short showers.
After you take the bandage down, all you have to do really is put your penis under warm running water every time you urinate. You can also use chamomile tea. Cover ur penis with your hand away from the shower stream as the first days it might be still a tad too sensitive for the streams. After a while showers will be a good "practice range" for your penis head.
The best way to remove a bandage is run a shallow bath like warm and soak the dressing for 5 minutes maximum then gently pull it off. I had to remove mine the day after the procedure also do not redress the penis once the bandage is off.
Thanks for the replys, its been 48 hours post op and the sensitivity had reduced since yesterday as the surgon said it would all uncomfort has pretty much left the only thing now is that when i bend over too far there is a bit of pain but 48 hours later and i feel like getting closer to what i was Pre-Op.
My bandage fell off on day 3, after that I used melonin dressings as padding to keep it still. Day three and short shallow baths using emollient lotion in the water, then baby soap.
