I vaguely remember someone mentioning using moisturiser on the head/Glands post circumcision to maintain sensitivity, they also stated it should not contain certain ingredients?
If you could remind us all please and state best brands- this will avoid me trying to read the miniscule labels in UK supermarkets?

I daily rub some lotion which is for very sensitive skin containing shea butter and urea 10%. I think it's important not to use lotions that contain mineral oils and parabens.
Not according to people I know who have been circumcisize? There is one variable that maybe is overlooked that influences good or bad outcome- the doctor who performs the op?
Thanks for the replies guys. One question is if I pull my foreskin back now and put my boxers on it feels a bit uncomfortable. When im circumcised if I maintain that sensitivity by applying whatever will I get used to that feeling or will it be uncomfortable?
It is doubtful that you will be able to maintain that level of sensitivity. The uncomfortable feeling will decrease over time and you will get used to it. For me there is some sensitivity left but nothing like what it was.
Point taken, I use a moisturiser (On my face!) and have just read the ingredients and tbh I have no idea how they might migrate the penis head- these will of only been tested on normal skin? I wonder if vaginal lube such as KY Jelly would be better as it is intended to have such contact?
The keranization of the glans is a myth. A Canadian study showed that there's no difference between the skin of a circumcised and uncircumcised penis. Only the anti-circumcision movement keeps repeating that lie!
