After Pulling Foreskin

Hi everyone, I am 22-years old and I finally decided to pull my foreskin all the way back to let the head out. When I did this, the head become very sensitive to touch, and even wearing boxer make me feel uncomfortable. Not only that, I realised small part of the skin is actually stuck near where the fluid goes out. I tried to pull it back, but it is hard since the head is sensitive and sometimes it hurts. An erection is the worst as it will make the head come in more contact with my pants, and the stucked skin hurts me because it practically pulling the head when I have erection. Is this the normal phase to go through or there are methods I can use? I am quite worried now and I have to make sure my movement will have less contact with the head or the sensitivity will kick in.

A newly uncovered glans (penis head) will feel very sensitive - uncomfortably so to the touch. Over time it will become less so as you uncover it. In the meantime you should try to roll your foreskin back over the tip. You don’t want it to become stuck . The small piece of skin is the frenulum- it’s meant to be there. Hope this helps

Thank you for the information about the frenulum, it really helps. I will try pulling the foreskin back after the sensitivity has been reduced a bit. Thank you for the reply

Your sensitivity won’t reduce other night if it hurts to much run a bath and pull it back whilst your in the bath, if it won’t go back seek medical advice.

Your foreskin just needs a little stretching. The part which attaches it to the shaft right under the head is your frenulum. It’s supposed to be there. It can be lengthened if necessary by stretching. Keep your foreskin forward when you’re not having sex or cleaning it.

If you can get two fingers inside, pull gently on the opening and hold for fice minutes, regripping as necessary. Do that four times per day. If it’s too tight, you can grip each side of the opening to pull it apart. Any questions?
