Strange crack on foreskin

Hi, I'm completely lost. Im looking over the internet for a week now i even got myself thinking that i have syphilis for a moment... please help! So a week ago (more or less) I noticed that my foreskin tip is very dry and like on it - inside it there is this crack. So I started applying some usual cream to it just to keep it hydrated and it kinda got better. That crack kinda closed a little, it got better but it still hurts when im pulling foreskin down. And also when erected I can pull skin just under the head and it wont go down anymore. On picture you can see how that crack looks like when I pull it down.

Have you been having increased sex or jerking off a lot? To me it looks like it's rubbed raw kinda. My ex gave me a handjob and he rubbed me raw like that in the way he did it. It may just need time to heal

Maybe friction from underwear too. Just keep an eye on it when it happened to me it went away in about a week, I was only able to jerk off once in that time frame. Not to be gross

Yeah i mean if you’re not having sex where would the syphillis come from? Maybe fungal infection? Go see doc if you’re that worried

Could be a yeast infection. Try treating with clotrimazole for two weeks. Athletes foot crean will work. If that doesn’t cure it, see your doctor.

I used to get a lot of cracks on my foreskin from being diabetic and pissing too much sugar

I googled both fungal and yeast infections and it doesnt look even close to this... So I think JMerrick22 is right... Tho its kinda problematic cause its really painful when I want to pull my foreskin down... Hope it will go away soon
