What cause pain during waste removal through anus ....pain take place in the testes...about 30 to 45 minutes in length

Straining to go the loo can cause similar pain but the 30 - 45 minutes does sound excessive. Do you wait until you need to go or do you pre-empt ? Try hanging on until you are ready before sitting down. If unsure, maybe wait in or near the bathroom and hold on a little. It is not good to hold it in too much, but nor is it good to go a the first sign. Of course the pain could be caused by something else, only showing itself when you sit down and relax your bowels ? If there is no sign of improvement, consider visiting your Doc'

Thanks ....but this can cause low sperm or infertile

I do not think this can have any effect on sperm count or infertility. Hopefully someone else on the forum may enlighten us ?
