I had a surgery for kidney stone, where I was on a catheter. Post that, my penis pains at the tip when erect and is slightly reddish as well. What could be a potential reason ?

I'm not an expert, but the catheter might have inflammed your urethra, and as far as I know, urethra inflammations often cause a burning feeling just on the tip of the penis, in the meatus, especially when you urinate. I would anyway ask the urologists who followed you, especially if the whole penis is reddish.

Bye
