I think I've got an infection on my foreskin because it looks like small pimples (sorry I don't really know how to describe)

Oh dear mate . Unless you have had unprotected sex or allowed the dog to lick your cock the chances you having an infection is slim if you maintain proper hygiene . They are quite common . They don't go away. Completely harmless and you probably have only become aware of them. I'm sure some medic will give you the name of these "pimples" . If you are really worried get the doctor to examine them. Cheers

I think they are something to do with folical or hair growth. I've got them, and Iknow plenty of others who do too. Check with a doctor if you're worried but I'm sure they're harmless and natural
