I have had a kidney transplant and acouple of week ago my left testicle was aching when walking. Been to docs and had a scan but everything normal apart from a couple of small cist. The doc said that there in half of the men population and nothing to worry about. In last couple of week though been finding it hard to go to toilet as been constipated and small amount of mucus. Been back to docs today and they said to get a blood test and a stool sample. I no it best be done but how embarrassing and hope the docs don't think. geee not him again he been paranoid or anything like that. But a thought I would best go as seen as my left testicle was aching and now this as it might have been a sign of something wrong some where else.
Ever feel like your just paranoid or that you think other people think your just paranoid?.

And why do they always have to employ nice looking 20 something year old women at the reception. Saying here my stool sample love wont be embarrassing at all.
I had a kidney Scan and have a small cyst on one of them you like me probly have IBS i go one minute big time no 2 and then its constipation owing i thing to fatty food served up by my Polish wife we English have not the stomach for this food i go to Doctors receptionist with a urine sample and they see this thing every day so dont worry ok
I know what you mean but if you think about, doctors see this sort of thing all the time and doing it and the result being nothing to worry about is ALWAYS better than not doing it and the result being something serious.
Got results and all ok. Had blood test done though at same time last week and asked for results at reception today. They said abnormal but expected. They said to get another blood test in another week to see if levels come down. I have had a kidney transplant which they no but after I was wondering what she meant by abnormal and to see if levels come down. This is why I wanted to make a appointment with the doc as I would have asked there and then but been in a que in reception I just said ok.
Hi again. Well doc phoned just now to say what was abnormal. Its my creatinine level what gone up. Its been up twice in last year. Normal its around 90 but when my kidney failed it was around 700. I had a transplant 9 years ago in February and last year was first time anything wrong with bloods apart from tweaking it when first had transplant. 8 month ago it went up to 118 just a slight blip. This past couple of month I no I haven't felt right and last blood test creatinine gone up to 123. Having another blood test done in 10 days but the doc phoning main docs to see should do anything. Still not going to toilet right and back hurts where kidneys should be.
Just hope it just time of the year and its just a slight cold.
