Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a couple of things that have been good for me lately. I've been trying to get outside for short walks whenever I can – even 10 minutes helps! And I'm also trying to eat more fruits and veggies. What are some simple things you do to stay healthy?

To keep it simple. If your going from not moving much to doing exersices. Walking is a great start. Build it up. 10min to 20min to 30min. Then 1hr. You could try low impact exersices. Like swimming or riding a bicycle.
Think of a hobby or interest that can get you moving more so your getting exersices without realising.
The main thing is to find a form of exercise that is enjoyable and easy to do regularly and that fits in with normal routine. Walking is always good.
