High body heat issues.

Hi,

I'm new here so please correct me if needed.

In my early to mid 40s 180cm and 73kg. I consider myself fairly fit, 4-6 hrs of tennis every week and I'm definitely not over or underweight, resting heart rate of around 65.

However, I have a major issue... high body heat! I can pretty much heat up a room or car in winter without a heater and I live in the tropics! I sweat buckets all the time, I've had full health checks and nothing seems wrong.

I just started dating a wonderful lady and we are pretty active sexually but she's told me I'm the first person she's ever dated who is so hot it's almost like I'm running a fever.

My main issue is I'm used to making love with my partner for 45 mins to more than an hour but she's the first person who is also rather warm herself so, we dry up water base lubes like pjur and wet in mins, she calls me hot rod from how hot she feel me when we are making love.

Is there a way to somehow cool myself down or products that can help reduce my heat before being intimate with her? I'm quite vigorous so I'm worried that I might hurt her. I really need some help and advice on how to manage my heat issue as I really worry about the heat issue affecting my sperm or hurting her as her insides feel as hot as lava cake after we are done.

Many thanks

External cooling is all I can think of, but if you get too cold, it may affect erections. Maybe air conditioning would help?

Thank you but I don't exactly live in the wild... lol! We do have air condition but it doesn't really help. I've lived in the UK, US and Oz and I'm that guy who's wearing just a tee and jeans despite the temperature being 12 degrees c.

I'm naturally hot blooded and although I do get cold, where I live, trying not to overheat is the main issue... 2 mins walking to the car or train and I'll be sweating.

Is there I can do before being intimate with her, cold shower, cooling drinks, better lubes? Please help.

Not got an answer. I expect you've tried different lubricants. Maybe oil based ones if you aren't using condoms.

Presumably you've had thyroid blood tests. Obviously if you are less vigorous you won't generate so much heat. Anxiety.

How low a temperature can you get the air conditioning down to?

Thanks Goldfish, no thyroid issues, I'm checking around for silicon based lubes too. I can get it down to 13 degrees c however, my partner would be freezing then lol!

I'm not anxious rather that's just how am. Used to play soccer, cycle competitively, tennis etc, being rather competitive, perhaps I just play a little harder even in bed.

So I guess, it's just, set the air con on full blast, silicon lubes and be slightly less vigorous.
