3 months after circumcision

So today makes exactly 3 months after my surgery and I still have some skin healing underneath fore skin but no more swelling. For some reason I still have half of my penis covered with foreskin. It’s not fully covered like it was before the surgery. When I am erect it still doesn’t retract all the way back. It still covers the top part of the corona area unless I pull it back more myself. Is this normal?

Could be some swelling or you have been given a very loose cut. What was your reason for circumcision and does your remaining foreskin cause a problem?

I'm the same as you done 10 weeks ago. I was cut and stitched to the back of the head but still have skin that comes half way down the head. Surgeon told me this was to compensate for an erection. I have a patch that formed called granulation tissue basically looks like it's weeping blood and an open wound. Bleeds when I go on an erection ( few and far between since i got this done) anyway I've been cauterized 3 times with a silver nitrate stick most recent last week and it's not nice at all. Went the toilet last night and clots of blood were coming from under the skin. Other than that he said the rest of the wound has healed perfectly bar the one patch. Said it happens to less than 1% of people.
