Revision circumcision

When I was 8 years old then my khatna ( circumcision) done by jarrah ( barber) with open legs style by traditional method but now I'm 28 years old and little loose skin covered back in my penis tip so I'm looking for revision circumcision, need guidance and help please

Thanks and I don't have any problem with my loose skin but I feel my circumcision is not good that's why I'm looking for revision circumcision and I'm thinking to get cut by Barber again

DO NOT use anyone but a fully qualified doctor who is experienced in doing adult revisions. You will not get a satisfactory result from a barber or other non-medical person as they don't have experience of adult work, especially the more complex revisions. Ensure too that you have a proper local anaesthetic for the job.

I'd advise you to also have your frenulum removed at the same time since it is totally redundant but can cause problems. The cosmetic effect is also much better without the frenulum.

Yes brother I know doctors are best for this but trust me professional barber is also best they come at home and do circumcision within 3-5 minutes

Yes brother actually I have joined bunch of frenulum also so at the time of my revision circumcision first I will get removed frenulum also then get tight cut circumcision

At the time of erection my complete skin get back but when my penis is small then half tip get covered with foreskin

I'd follow this advice. They need to cut the right amount of skin, or you will have problems with erections. Doctors should know which cut is right for your body and where to place the scar line.

Child and adult circumcision/revision are very different.Try seeking medical advice from professional urologist.

Yes child and adult circumcision is totally different brother but for barber it's same, barber use sharp straight shaving razor and he can cut both the type of skin even it's soft or hard, within second skin get cut

Consult an Uro surgeon only a Urosurgeon can give you proper advice , take multiple opinions and then decide , I had got done stapler circumcision cause of Phimosis , it takes abt 3 to heal and additional 3 weeks to fully get alright after the procedure .

Actually I'm little bit confuse to get my revision circumcision but as per my decision I will get cut by barber again

Please do not come crying to this group if the barber fails to give you an acceptable cosmetic and practical result. If you choose an unqualified person over a trained and experienced doctor then on your own head be it!

why are you having your frenulum removed?

I was circumcised as a child, still have frenulum , and penis head is covered when flaccid.

Actually I feel dis comfortable with my frenulum that's why I'm thinking to remove frenulum

All I can say is don't do it. My surgery was 6 months ago, and after 4 bouts of infections, this is not a minor procedure. I could have lost my penis, or even my life. I was rushed to the hospital and spent 4 days on IV antibiotics. I don't remember the first two days. I may still need another surgery to clean out the infection. As someone said, there is a big difference between youth and adult circumcision. Please see an Urologist. Be safe. Be well.
