Stitches not removed after circumcision?

I’ve been circumcised at least 12 years ago but there’s still white lines (they feel like threads) under my skin all around my head. Could they come from the surgery? Can I get them removed if they do? Or is it just scar tissue?

Is that where your stitches were? Seem very close to base of glans and if so they do look like scars from stitches. Don’t know if they can be fixed, do they cause you problems?

the one one the left side hurts sometimes bc it’s a bit shorter than the right ones

I think they be adhesions or skin bridges. But they are minimal. Is your shaft fused to the head of your penis still?

It’s fused but a there’s like 1cm of inner foreskin under my glands

My circumcision is exactly same like yours i have adhesions at dorsal side have you released the scar by surger?
