I had a circumcision back in August of 2020. So far everything has been going good, until I woke up the other day with my penis itching. Has anyone seen this before? It feels like the skin is raw and puffy.

We cannot diagnose problems on the forum. That is something for your doc or a sexual health clinic. It may be a simple irritation at it could be worse. Look after yourself and take medical advice.
