Is this an std or something else?

Hi I have been having issues urinating since November 2020 as well as dry white skin around the head of my penis along with a skin rash all over my body including my head, neck, and anus. I have also noticed red raised bumps all over my skin although it has not been too many. This symptom has only been happening for about a week now and has died down somewhat. Also about a month after my symptoms began I noticed a small cluster of bumps on my urethra as well as two red bumps on my shaft under the foreskin. When I use the restroom I have pressure in my lymph’s and when I finish urinating I cannot tell if I have a watery discharge or if I just have urine dribbling. I also went to the doctor to get tested for std. I am awaiting results but they said I had balanitis when I went for my visit. I have been using cortisone for my balanitis and it has stopped the swelling and the dry skin to an extent but my other symptoms still remain. I would just like to know if anyone can tell if it is an std by eyeing it. Please let me know. Thank you.

I think you need to see the results of your tests. Guessing by forum members is not the way forward.

You did the best thing you could do... You went to a doctor! I know that the waiting period might be eating your mind but as Osidge mentioned, better to wait for your results and continue following Doctor's directions.

It could be balanitis what's ailing you. If you have been having unprotected sex lately, that could of course lead to sTDs. But, again, wait for the results and try to relax at home and don't have sex just as a precaution.
