I haven’t had sex since mid august 2019. I also did an STD blood test that same month and was clean.
I started noticing these spots around December 2019 - January 2020. They haven’t changed in size or amount. They do get more red after master bating.
I also get small bumps all over the head of my penis when I’m erect. But they don’t appear when I’m soft. Not sure if I have an STI or just PPP and fordyce spots.
I just switched jobs at the beginning of the year so I’m waiting for my health insurance to kick in and waiting for COVID-19 to calm down before I make a trip to the doc.
Any answers and/or advice is greatly appreciated!

I am not sure that this is an infection but I think you may have assumed right in your post. If things get worse, you will need to take action but otherwise consult your doctor when you can.
I’m assuming you aren’t circumcised. I had the same issue. Is it itchy ?
If it’s not itchy may not be an infection there are different factors the best way to know is going to a doctor for a check up. Also test are more clear 3 months after your last sexual encounter so It doesn’t hurt to test yourself again to make sure everything is ok
Have yours changed in size or amount since you got them? And did they just randomly appear? Mine just randomly appeared. But they don’t give me any trouble, they just look bad lol
No difference in amount, but their size and appearance changes all the time. I have pictures from a while back where they're just as apparent but sometimes they're harder to see.
Well the curcumcision isn’t what makes me self conscious, it’s the bumps On the rim of my penis head. I’m thinking they are PPP cuss I’ve looked online for herpes and genital warts and both of those look worse than what I have. But until this pandemic calms down, I’m not going to the doctors lol
They look like PPP, but they are not that noticeable. Usually circumcised males don't get PPP. My guess is that what is left of your inner foreskin and some shaft skin is in contact with your the corona of your penis. I wouldn't go to the doctor about those minor bumps, it is not worth it. There is no cure except getting treated by laser, and you don't have large or many PPP to warrant that expense.
