Normal pimple or STD? Looking for suggestions while i wait for my doc appointment.

I recently discovered i have this on the back of my penis.

It looks like a broken pimple and it feels like one (pain/ discomfort at the touch)

I would like to get some evaluation as i wait for my dermatologist appointment on monday.

I have a girlfriend and she has been my first and only sexual partner; we don't use condoms (she uses a vaginal ring to prevent pregnancy).

I am not her first partner, and her ex boyfriend/s also didn't use condoms from what i know.

I am thinking about syphilis but i'm a very paranoid guy about illnesses.. i may be worrying for nothing.

Yeah, the texture has always been similiar to this. The small white spots have been there for a while.. i did some research a couple years ago and i read they are totally fine and natural.
