Something On my Penis and I don't know what it is

I'm 17 and a virgin. I woke up and used the bathroom, and there's a red bump at the bottom of my shaft that is quite the size. I messed with it a bit, to see if it was a pimple, but it looks like just blood. It's mainly firm as well. If you know what it could be, please let me know

It could be a cyst but you should get it checked by a doctor.
