Smelly, sweaty penis head (under foreskin) and clear discharge after masturbation

Had this going on a while - previously was diagnosed with balanitis however I think this is not the case. My penis gets hot sweaty sticky under the foreskin and on the gland - after masturbating whilst I’m going flaccid I tend to leak a clear fluid - much like pre cum. Penis head could be described as being red. Small bumps can also been seen when erect. Any idea what this could be? I’m heading back to the doctors in a couple of days...

How did you get on with balanitis? Did you manage to get clear of it?

No and I had a bad reaction to the cream (can’t remember the name of it) so symptoms have just remained the same. I’ve had swabs of my urethra done and urine samples but came back all clear. Done several STI kits and clinic tests and all clear as well

Not overly red but redder than usually - sorta like when you scratch your skin. The spots/bumps are only there when I’m erect and they are also on the penis head

Usually there is some semen left in the urethra after ejaculation. While you still have an erection, use a finger to strip the tube along the full length of your penis. You might also benefit from strengthening your sphincter muscles which you feel contracting during orgasm. Use the same method you use when you finish peeing and are trying to get those last few drops out. Do at least 10 squeezes each time, and do a set 3-4 times per day.

Thanks. Could balantis be affected when my penis gets wet? This causes it to get red and sticky even after I have dried it

The red spots on the glan can be broken vessels duing masturbation, try using a lub when performing such act. as for the discharge under the foreskin it could be bacteria buildup as a result of not cleaning up properly after, you can try cleaning with warm water and soap immediately after masturbating.

Thanks - the discharge actually comes out my urethra not under my foreskin - seems to be more of an internal issue?

the leakage is normal. If you ejaculate in strong spurts for 12-18", it's working.

Cleaning with soap is the most common cause of balanitis. Normal, friendly bacteria must be encouraged to keep the preputial space healthy.

Could it just be semen left in your tubes leaking out?

Wash inside only once per day with clear water. Seepage after ejaculation is normal.
