How to sleep?

Its been 7 days since my circumcision and my glans are still very sensitive. I've used Vaseline and a gauze in order to wear underwear and not be discomforted. However i'm having trouble sleeping because i don't think i should use a gauze to sleep, but wearing underwear would be painful since the glans are still very sensitive. So if anyone can give me some tips it'd be very helpful.

I'd keep wearing a bandage / gauze for a while yet while your skin heals, as wear as tightish underwear to keep things in place. The glans is sensitive for a while, so using Vaseline should help.

yea i use tight underwear with the gauze and i feel perfect. I just don't know if it was better to sleep with one or without.

you can use micropore tape and put the penis upwards using tape..it will help

I’m also having that problem, it’s my 4th day and underwear has become a nightmare, please help😩

Bra its day 7 an underwear is still a problem for me, an i hate going free willy so what works is snug underwear that can keep everything in place.

Yeah 3 weeks in and finally can wear tight underwear still haven't got to boxers or boxer brief bc tip is still sensitive. I know my game changer when stitches fell off frenulum. Best advice put on Vaseline and just grin and smile bc week to week it will get better.
