I was circumcised years ago and felt that the circumcision was too loose for my liking. A few years later I scheduled a re-circumcision at a different clinic and felt quite satisfied with the results. I encouraged the doctor to take as much as he could as I wanted it tight. The first night after the procedure the ventral (under) side of my penis was super tight due to an erection. It loosened as the days passed, but it's still relatively snug (not super tight) on the ventral side. The dorsal (top) side is still a bit loose.
My incision line is about 2.5 cm or 1 inch from the glans and when I'm fully erect I can move the incision line up to the glans.
When flaccid my penis stays quite smooth. When I wear underwear (or when it's cold) the shaft skin bunches up behind the glans.
The bunching, when I'm flaccid, drives me bonkers when I wear underwear. Is the bunching, however minimal, normal?
I'm considering getting another circumcision to tighten it up, however I'm also thinking that perhaps my idea of a tight circumcision is not realistic.
I've posted a picture of my penis in flaccid form. It was relatively cool in the house.

It looks very good to me. If you are a grower you don’t want to be overly tight whilst soft or there won’t be room for a full erection. Is there any skin movement when you are hard?
In that case you should be able to have a bit more cut off.

I agree but just be careful to only have a little taken off or your erections will be too tight and could be painful. You will need a very skilled surgeon. My opinion is you should leave it as is.
Tight means when you are erect the shaft skin is not movable beyond a a couple of millimeters.
To attain that you should not have any skin folds on your shaft when flaccid.
well yours looks the same size of mine when totally at rest. about 3.5 to 4 inches then at total erection its 7.25 inches so it has to have extra skin to extend out almost 4 inches or twice the size. If your not much of a grower then it doesn't need a lot of extra so that's a decision of to you and your genetic make up. but your penis look super cool to me Id be very happy with ; )
Your penis looks superb. In terms of having more skin removed, how much movement is there when you’re erect? What the two guys above have said is very important. If you have too much removed then the penis might be pulled into your body and you could appear to have a shorter penis. But if there is movement then you could have a bit more taken off. I had a second circumcision when I was 20. My shaft-skin is now drum-tight (see my posts) and it feels fantastic. But if you do go down that route make sure that you have a very expert circumciser so that you get the result that you want.
Looks great, it is a little loose in the pic but if you have a large dynamic range then this skin may be needed to accommodate your full ercetion. Perhaps if you post a photo fully erect then people can comment. What length are you when erect?
I wld like to get a revision done on mine to tighten it up, I wld like it to be 'drum tight' when erect & no bunching of skin behind my glans when soft/cold.
I have a few centimeters of movement when hard.
Can you please send me your list. Sounds like wld be a big help
I can understand your wish. Me it was the same but you have to be careful with the amount of skin to be removed. My shaft skin also was so mobile that I could cover the rim of corona when erect and I lost appr. 3 cm on second cut. Now it's really tight but not painful.
Look at the pictures of "MrMac99". That is the style you can reach if you have a well skilled surgeon doing the circ.
Hi, Thanks for the message. I did have my circumcision tightened up. The surgeon was very thorough and I had a good discussion with him while I was on the table on exactly what I was wanting removed. He agreed and I think it's perfect. There is no skin bunching up anymore when I wear underwear and it is nice and tight when I'm erect. I did go with a skilled surgeon and asked him, and his associate what their surgical history was. I also read numerous reviews online about them and felt confident that they could give me what I was looking for.
The doctor, when I had my consultation, tried to discourage me as he said that I have a very healthy and good looking circumcision, but said that he could remove a bit more skin if necessary.
I'm very pleased with the results and it looks nearly identical to MrMac99... if not better. IMO
Dude I can’t believe you’ve had 3 circumcisions. I’ve just had one and I already have PTSD from that clinic. How do you cope with the pain each time... also, how should I expect the stitches to come out?
The pain was tolerable for me. Just taking some Acetaminophen on a regular basis helped a lot. I have a pretty high tolerance of pain, so I guess that helps... and some tight fitting briefs helped too. The first time was the worst by far as they removed the frenulum as well, which was probably the most painful to heal... and took the longest.
As for my stitches, the doctor used dissolvable stitches each time so they just came out naturally. However after reading extensively I found that after 2 weeks (14 days) if my stitches hadn't fallen out yet they could be removed... so I removed them with some sterilized manicuring scissors.
I found after the first surgery that I left the stitches until they naturally fell out and those were what were so itchy/bothersome and they also left some scarring from pressing on my skin so much.
