Any tips for underwear to wear after Circumcision. I’m trying to wear tight underwear but I can’t sit down, walk or sleep without an uncomfortable feeling. It’s not painful. But the glans are sensitive. Day 9 now

Hi Man, hopefully it will soon improve I think using the comfortable boxer briefs snug fitting is best. during the day at work you could use some dressing to make it more comfortable. at night sleeping I found to sleep naked is best. If you had phimosis it might take a little longer but it will improve.

I’ve tried to sleep naked too. I don’t work, I hate using dressing it gets stuck to it and becomes painful

Yeah it is uncomfortable hopefully things will ease down soon. it can be quite awkward sleeping especially getting night-time erections try and sleep in the fetal position with your knees forward. If you do need to use dressings use some of the non adhering ones with gauze dressing wrapped around it.

I don’t get night time erections. It’s too cold to sleep naked lol. I’m scared to even touch it. I don’t even like to sit naked as it’s hanging down and might touch a surface which is very uncomfortable

Loose but comfortable boxers that's what I did for the few days and also used some vaseline on head

Few weeks u will be ok but sleep naked air will flow round and reduce sensitivity on the dick and I found big and baggy shorts commando for few months was best then I wore breifs now jockey or ck etc

I tried last night couldn’t sleep naked also tried to sleep on the floor didn’t help so went back to my bed

Only thing when tight pants u get erect through the night would wake ye up and pain in restriction of the size change when erect etc good luck ut gets better you will get there

It's still fairly early days for you, but you're going to have to try and get used to the sensitivity. I'm on Day 17 and when I'm out and about, I wear fairly tight Jockey underwear with my penis facing upwards ... this results in limited friction. At home and for the time being, I either wear no underwear, or walk around naked. I'm getting used to the sensitivity and as a result thereof, love being circumcised ... in time, you will get used to it too. Good luck.

Still scared to touch it though. Also some dry blood on the side. I misplaced my antibiotics so nay have to get some more

Just an update. I’ve done a better job of cleaning the dry blood around the wound, I also noticed a bump on the head the same colour, and on the other side it is sore. I think the wound was bleeding a bit too but I’m not too concerned about that atm. Can’t see a doctor atm so they prescribed me penicillin have just finished a course of amoxicillin

Try using MICROFIBER Underwear. It helps.

Try the mesh boxer briefs. They allow air in. They worked very well for me.

I looked up mesh underwear on eBay and it came up as gay jockstrap 😂
