Fore skin problems - I have problems pulling my foreskin back, I never really knew it should come back. It doesn’t pull back past the head of my penis unless I am having sex or really lubricated. One it does during sex it is really uncomfortable and sensitive and hard to get back up it’s really tight as seen in the photo, what should I do?

I had the same problem and after a long time thinking I went to my doctor and ask his opinion. They said circumcision would be the best option but there is an other option where they loosen up the skin or something like that but it looks like you got phimosis like I did. Try to speak to your gp about it ^^

Good advice to see a doctor. For what appears to be a mild phimosis, UK NHS guidance is to try stretching the foreskin (often using cortisone cream) before a circumcision is considered.

The easiest solution is to stretch the opening with your fingers. willywellbeing.com

Also agree with stretching. Your case is mild tightness, so no surgery should be necessary.
