I posted the other day about my long foreskin and phimosis. This site is excellent peer support. Thank you.
I wanted to post again and explain my issue more with more images. I am sure I am not unique but I am yet to see anyone else on here with the same symptoms.
I have an excessively long foreskin. Like a wrinkled wind sock when flaccid. It retracts very easily all the way back and more in its flaccid state. See pics. So it's not classic common phimosis in that sense.
Erect however, it does not retract. It can go back a little but forced and tight. However there is no real sensation of tightness due to length of foreskin. You can see in the pic it still has a prepuce erect. It's like a fill the forekin erect but not enough to trigger retraction.
I have got to 33 without really knowing I've an issue. Sex has been fine. Occasionally hurts if shes too dry. But having never really compared penises I suppose I naively felt many men didn't retract and had long foreskins. In reality I should have seen a doc years ago.
Circumcision is prob the answer. Partial I thought, but read about it not being good in here.
Considering nhs. But seeing the work of Dr Khan as made me consider going private with his modern method of glue circ at £650. Seems he is top of his field professionally.
I welcome feedback.
Kind regards

I'm in similar position as you. Although the last few days I've been retracting a few times a day when hard to see if I can get similar retractably when I'm flaccid. I've seen progression after a week work of slowly but consistent pulling it back with ointment/cream. Maybe you can attempt that. I do feel a slight pain(when reaching the lowest point) but it tends to go away after stretching it down then back up a few times.
But mine is the last pic is uncomfortable. It will force over head but is painful. On most occasions it doesn't need to retract as foreskin so long. However, is still should. Hence my thoughts and worrys
To MeOhMy200 and Jnt131, As a kid and a teen my foreskin was very lengthy and tight, comparable to the photo in the upper left. I was told that my foreskin needed to be cut off. Not wanting to experience the pain of the "cut", I just kept practicing my exercises. I pulled it back to fully expose my glans twice daily (before going to bed and when I rose in the morning). It also stretched my frenulum. Today when flaccid my foreskin still looks like the photo in the upper left. But is comfortable when retracted while erect. Glad the doctor didn't circumcise my foreskin as a 12 y/o.
It sounds as if you've already decided, but frankly, a circumcision isn't necessary to undergo. The length is within normal and common bounds, enjoying it is another option. If there is some tightness during erections, simole stretching will solve that.
Do as you please. It's your body. I'm very happy with the way that mine turned out. If your chose to have your foreskin circumcised was a pre-given chose, I am certain that I will have no influence.
That's one way. Better is to apply tension to the tight ring with your fingers. If two fingers fit inside, use them to pull gently in opposing directions. If too tight, grasp opening on either side and pull gently. Holding for at least 30 seconds relaxes the muscle. Frequent repeating prevents retightening, so 4 sessions per day ensure success.
I Got a circumsision last Thursday due to extra. And I can only say I’m scared... it went ok the first day. The very swollen. I have gotten a hematoma. Then yesterday it started bleeding uncontrollably and I called emergency, the ambulance came, and I was reoperated.. now the day after it’s swollen again, so still a hematoma. I hope it will fall by it self because now I have some underwear I was given to hold it upright. They said the first stings was defect and that was why. Now they made more space between the sting to make it able to bleed - a little bleeding is okay/good when having hematoma. I was scared to death, bled through two hand cloths. I wait and see now what will happen, but I am scared.. anyone else experienced this? And how did you treat the hematoma
