Hi everyone. Since I was kid I've had a tight foreskin. I mean I can pull it down when flaccid. But when erected I couldn't do it and it was a little painful so didn't try to. Recently I started having sex. And because of that the situation is a little bit better and I can pull it a little when erected but painful. And last week it caused me a crack on the tip of the foreskin. It's healing now but now it's harder again to pull foreskin back. I can do it while flaccid and half erected with a little try and pain.. any ideas? I'll be really grateful...

Tight foreskin
Go see an urologist and discussed the treatment options. I had the same issue, i never had sex with the foreskin retracted and now at 40 i finally decided to get a circumcision. Best decision ever.
Can try to retract with steroid cream , masturbate or insert applying steroid on the glans .If it doesn't work you have to go for circumcision . Millions of people does , don't be afraid
Hi, phimosis can be very frustrating you need to let your foreskin heal. the problem with the little cuts they can cause scarring and make it even tighter you should consult your doctor they may prescribe some steroid cream this would help.
you could try some stretching exercises it would depend on how severe your phimosis is to whether it will work or not, if it doesn't work then a circumcision would be your best option.
exact same situation. opted for the circumcision after having frenulum removed didn’t work. i’m 2 months in and very happy.
Circumcision is the best option.
You have already described a situation where you were getting better retraction of the foreskin. You should then be a great candidate for stretching. See your doctor for cream that will help that process. Ignore the calls for now that suggest immediate circumcision is the only way forward.
Talk with your GP. You're probably going to need a circumcision, so why wait? The anti-circumcision fanatics here will have you suffering, and trying to stretch the foreskin until you finally decide to get circumcised. After that, they'll suggest a foreskin restoration. Steer clear of them.
