Since November I’ve had an issue where my foreskin was tight and anytime I had sex it would split and bleed.
I haven’t had sex in 4 weeks and have been using a mild steroid cream which has helped
My foreskin is still very tight
I’ve attached a photo of my penis and as you can see the foreskin is quite red
It’s not as tight anymore but still uncomfortable
Any advice?
ouch do not waste your time on a forum to search advise, you have tried steroid cream, you have bleeding and a foreskin which fibrosis at its end ...
You really have to see a urologist.
And in addition you are diabetic? therefore a vascularization which is less good.
If you have tried creams and have been dealing with this for a while, I would think the next logical solution is a circumcision especially if you are a diabetic. I would make an appt with a urologist.
I was circumcised for the same reason, my foreskin was too tight and my skin would split. I tried the steroids cream and few other things but to no avail. Best solution is to be circumcised, I'm almost fully recovered. Go see a urologist and get their opinion brother.
Hi Man, have you been to see your doctor it may be a fungal infection and steroid creams would not be the best course of treatment for that. Unfortunately if you have scarring now to your foreskin you may continue to have problems with it being tight. The best thing now would be to get advice from your doctor.
Sounds like a yeast infection caused by your diabetes. Clotrimazole is quite effective in treating it. Steroids will aggravate the yeast problem, so using it will not help.
yeah i had the same problem man the only good you will do to your self is getting circumcised believe me
I am also diabetic suffering from same problem since beginning of November 2019. I have seen 4 different doctors (not Urologist), finished 4 packets of Antibiotic, applied 4 different types of cream - result - No Improvement!!
Finally my - GP the Great - recommended me to Urologist - which then took another 4 months to get a date - and then the 'The Great Chinese Virus' - Appointment gets cancelled. I am back in the queue.
Not sure when will our 'The Great NHS' will be back to normal.. so I have full sympathy with you if yours is still not resolved.

Hi diabectic44 go see doc asap I have been here many times I prolong hoping I could keep my Forskin I am 60 and I got circumcision 10/12/19 knowing what I no now I would have had it done sooner I have been to he'll and back I can tell the circumcision was easy compared to the pain and infections I got I thought my Willy was going to drop off belive me you don't want go there you have nothing to fear go see the doc good luck

Hi no it was not painful I went trough more pain with infections /phimosis balanitis if I had known what was going to happen I would have had it done a lot sooner have you been to doc for advice

You have thrush. I can see the white spots all over your entire penis. Get some canaestin cream & it should have you cleared up in a week. Also you can get the dual pack which includes a tablet to take orally & that quickens the process.

I'm suffering with this, mo cream has worked at all, I cant get a stiffy without feeling like my willy is on fire due to my skin breaking. Should I seek circumcision?

I find that if I use lubrication it is ok. Almond oil or olive oil is good. I can pull the skin back but it makes the head sensitive but a condom reduces this. I can last much longer too if I pull my foreskin back before sex.
What creams did people use for a tight foreskin? Mine won’t roll back.
I am having the same issue again it's been almost two years since it recently came back like a month now usually goes away then comes and goes does getting it snipped hurt at all heard getting the skin removed as an adult is a bitch just sucks can get an erection or do anything for the time being and wifey thinks I'm not interested sometimes and it's just far from the truth why is this so hard to talk about in so embarrassed about
Did you get this sorted in the end? I've had this for a few days now prior to this my tip was red and blotchy and itchy but now skin is just sore and tight.
I'm not diabetic as far as I know how ever I have other health conditions.
