Just a little reminder to all that we have a whole sister-forum dedicated to supporting our runners and walkers in their cross-training and workout needs. And huge apologies for those who mingle in different forums and have seen this post before.

You probably know our community quite well by the time you get to the Marathon stage? But if not, S&F is run by the same team that brings you Couch25k, Bridge210k, MarathonRace and Active10. I need to do S&F CBDB but I find it really tricky to fit in with running & life. I’ve bought myself a mat & a Pilates for runners book. Just need to do it. Thanks for the reminder 😍

And I know exactly how you feel. I started running 2 years ago, and managed to fit 3 runs per week into my life. Than I discovered how strength and flexibility workouts helped my running and just about managed to fit them in almost daily. But now I’ve discovered the cross-training benefits of rowing, and as I’m about to start running again after a stint on the injury couch, I now wonder how I can fit 2-3 runs, 4-5 yoga sessions and 5-6 rowing sessions into my week!!

I really want to, but I think I need to build a time machine first! 😂😂😂 but will try!

You’re an inspiration CBDB with your strength & flex. I run 5-6 times a week so not much time for anything else. I know it’s good for my running so I’m going to try and do at least one Pilates session. 😍
