I have had the shakes for years, inherited off my mum, I take propanalol for this and it does help. I have what is called an essential tremor, although whats essential about it, I dont know.
I get it more through the evening onwards makes you feel a bit sickly too i have mentioned it to my GP but he said its nothing to worry about just my sugar level has dropped xx
I get that I feel as though I'm not actually in my head but beside it! very weird sometimes, I also get vertigo I get a little shake now and again mostly when I'm tired, shaking hands could be a symptom of one of the vitamin B's deficiency ask your Dr to check your folates and B12, I don't take anything you're on but the Plaquenil but I put mine down to Gabapentin but could just be a lupie thing! hope it wears off soon or you get it sorted xx
I get shakes sometimes and am really embarassed by it. Think everyone thinks I have overdone the booze the night before. However, I can go for a week without it so have never really worked out the trigger. Vertigo is interesting as during a flare I am frightened going down an escalator, week later I am fine. Would be interested in your comments. Take care and keep well. Jax x
