2nd Astra Zeneca vaccination done

Had second vaccination last Friday. Had the same side affects as first headache aching tiredness but with extra pain in kidneys ended up in bed for approx 2 days. After 24hrs ended up with the usual pain in arm, red and sore. This ended up getting bigger but hot to touch spreading and blanching by day 3 spoke to GP got appt with nurse consultant who said I have cellulitis when I rang the surgery the receptionist said ah yes I have a sore arm and it red as well that’s usual - good job I didn’t take notice!They gave me antibiotic cream as currently waiting to see a liver specialist but had to go on Oral antibiotics As not getting better eventually looking better today! Ready to get back to work soon hopefully 🤞🙌

Hi. I reacted in a similar way to my first AZ Oxford vaccine (see my post) and ended up with a very sore arm. My GP said it was cellulitis and prescribed abx. With hindsight I think I had 'covid arm'. Google it and see if the photos look similar.

Hope it all resolves soon.

Yeah similar was raised and red hot pain when walking lifting and shooting pains every so often in it - just settling down after 8 days antibiotic cream for 5 days and tablets for 3 - wonder if it would of settled on its own then?
