Thanks so much svfarmer. How are you and have you had your steroid injection yet or vaccine?. They're the perfect size to fit in a garden arent they. Keep safe and well. Xx
We are all keeping safe and well. Haven’t been called for my jab yet. My diagnosis isn’t official and I’m not on immune suppressants so have to wait. I have asthma too but been told that doesn’t make any difference. Stay safe 🌈 Xx
Have always loved those pygmy goats!!! Would be perfect for the garden and even the house!! Wonder what the dog would make of them!!Glad you are feeling a wee bit better, Misty. xx
So pleased to see you responding on a post again Cuttysark and I hope that means you are feeling a wee bitty better.🙏🏻 A few cheeky Pygmy goats around the garden would keep you entertained! 😂😂 Not sure the garden would like it though. 🤣🤣 Hoping you keep improving C. 🤗😘xx
Awww how fabulous Misty. Animal as always bring smiles to our faces and warmth to our hearts. Lovely to have you back posting again. I hope that you are feeling better lovely? Big Cwtches xxx
Thanks so much cecily, lovely to be missed so much. I have improved thanks to our friend/foe extra steroids. Its all so doubleedged for us. I hope your still better cecily. Keep safe and baking. Xx🙂❣🙂
Glad to hear that lovely. I finish off my last pred 5 mg tomorrow after the 80 mg dose in December, 40 mg in November, 30 mg twice in October and 20 mg in September. I am literally a weeble, wobbling all over. Fighting my second bout of cellulitis but at least I had an amazing Respiratory appointment. The Consultant was “ horrified” by the over prescribing of steroids for so long and two of the three inhalers I was given should not be prescribed together. I am now on two new inhalers and a nasal spray with plenty of nebules for my nebuliser. She did bloods and x rays. It felt so good to be cared for at last. I also had my Optician appointment and although I still have a very small amount of fluid on the maculars my sight test was done for the first time in two years and there is little change in my prescription. I have got chronically dry eyes and what appears to be a cataract forming in my right eye. All in all great news. I sincerely hope in a few weeks I will be a new woman..you can but hope. Take care of yourself Misty. I will look for some cute animal pics to share too xxx
Hi Misty, I’ve missed your cute pics but I’m so pleased you are feeling much better now. 👍🏻 What cuties these Pygmy goats are - double trouble as you say. 😆 It reminds me of a friend Sally who kept 2 goats which had 2 kids each. She lived in a semi out in the country near Kyle of Lochalsh. The kids used the neighbour’s car as mountain climbing practise which was bad enough but when he had a soft top car it was REALLY bad news! 🤦♀️ He also had the kids visit his kitchen because he had a stable door styled back door and the kids jumped over the bottom half into his kitchen! Oops! No wonder Sally decided to move not long afterwards! 😂 I hope you keep feeling better Misty.🙏🏻 🤗😘
They look wonderful spotty in the pics but reality is they can be little terrors like your friend Sally found!. Worse than children no wonder she had enough.
I hope you have a better week this week. Thanks for your good wishes, im hoping the steroid injection might kick in better this week as feeling so disappointed. Take care. Xx❣🙂❣
It happened nearly 40 years ago but it still makes me chuckle when I think about it. Naughty little kids indeed. Haha, yes I’m sure that must be why children are referred to as kids. I hope you are keeping as well as can be expected Cecily? Take care. 🤗😘💐xx
Indeed I worked with some lovely kids and some that give you nightmares. I hope I am finally getting somewhere now after a great respiratory face to face, a thorough eye check and two more weeks of antibiotics and diuretics at last for the cellulitis. I hope in two weeks time I shall be able to wear shoes, walk and stand without pain and have enough puff to get back on that treadmill. How are you doing lovely? Xxx
My goodness you are going through it Cecily. I’m sorry to hear that, but the treadmill sounds like a good goal to aim for.👍🏻 I wish you all the very best with that and your recovery. 🙏🏻I’m not too bad thanks Cecily - just getting used to double dose of Pregabalin for my peripheral neuropathy and double dose of Citalopram too . Beginning to feel less like a zombie now so hopefully my body is finally getting used to the double doses. 🤞 Take good care of yourself and give those lovely boys of yours a cuddle from me. 🤗😘xx
I will do Spotty. I am on a higher dose of Citalopram too. I’ll health in a pandemic sucks and we all need a little help sometimes.Be kind to yourself xxx
