Hello everyoneHope your all keeping as well as possible. Just had to show you these two cuties. They're harvest mice who have made their home a plant pot in Lancashire. So clever as it keeps them away from their predators like cats!!. Adorable?!.

P.s, As i'm still waiting in a lot of pain for appt's and ops i asked my Pain Consultant for help and she said my Morphine Patch can be increased so hopefully it will help me thru. These long waits are very tough for us all. Xx

It was definitely Blackpool with a twist tonight in the Results show. No way Bobby and Diane deserved to be there. A wonderful end to Angela's amazing achievement which she'll never forget. It must be hard adjusting back to normal life agsin after Strictly. Hope you both have a good week. Xx
I agree re Bobby and Diane but it is getting hard now. For me it would have been Annabelle and Angela in the dance off. I thought Nigel did really well but he was ripped apart by the judges again. I wasnβt fussed on Leightonβs Dance either although he is brilliant I didnβt think it was appropriate. Next week will be hard. I do love it. No pottery for me next week but Rosemary is taking me out for coffee so I will look forward to that. I hope your pain eases a little for you lovely xxx

I could not have my nerve block injection again as my pain is not controlled. I go back on 5 th December and believe me I will be doped and ready for anything just to get the procedure scheduled. Not that I really want a needle in my nether regions but I want that pain to just ease if not stop.

Yes we really need a break lovely. It would be wonderful to have some relief. I doubt I will get it done before Christmas but at least knowing that I have a date for it will give me hope xxx
Oh and Strictly was AMAZING . I loved Ellie and Vito and Angela and Carlos best but they were all great. The only downer was Craig, what a misery π‘. Yes I thought All Creatures went too quick but there will be a Christmas Special at least to look forward to xxx
It was Blackpool with a twist tonight cecily wasn't it?. Didn't think Bobby and Dianne deserved to be there. It was a great finale for Angela who got to dance at the Tower Ballroom. She'll never forget it. She's my first fav to go now. What a treat we have in store now as standard so HIGH. I always look forward to the Strictly and All Creatures Xmas Specials. It does feel good to be jabbed up .. headache didnβt like the jab but necessary evil . Must sort out shingles next ! There could well be a Blackpool twist later tiggyπ,. I'm sorry your headache didnt like the jab. Rather proves its immune related despite what your dr's think!!. Did you know that you must get a letter from your rheumy or neuro consultant giving their permission to our gp's to give us the shingles jab as we're underage!!. ?.
Your so right about the lesions hanging around as i've still got some on my chest and back. Do feel them a bit when i'm specially fatigued!!. Mum reckons theyll be gone by xmas.

It really was Blackpool with a twist tiggyπ and i think we were a 1-1 draw. There's no way Bobby should have been in the dance off so it was fair wasn't it that Angela R should go and what a finale!.?. She should be so proud of her achievements!. Waiting for appointments is awful. Struggle here to get a GP appointment. By the time you get through there are no appointments left! Hope that increasing your morphine patch works and you get your appointments soon. Xx π π π π

Hi Misty, What a darling little pair! So glad they found a safe place. i am so sorry to hear that you are still suffering so much. It just isn't right that you have to wait and wait to get some relief.
I saw a new neurologist this month. Her expertise is actually auto immune neurology and it was by accident I got to see her. MyGP made the apointment for me on his own phone as when a referral was made 3 months prior, nothing happened. The only difficulty is that it is an hour and a half away and since I broke my neck, I don't drive. Anyway, she was amazing. I was there for 2 hours. She was already aware of my history thanks to my GP and listened intently to everything I said. Now, I just have to set up appointments for many tests and with the holidays so quickly approaching, I have to figure that all out. She also set up an apointment with a motility specialist for my intestinal issues and significant weight loss. She also wants testing for small fiber neuropathy, different blood work, a pet scan if it can be covered. She isn't afraid to look outside of the box and was very honest about finding answers may not be easy.
I hope you get some relief soon. You are always in my thoughts.

I am thrilled that you've found a consultant who wants to investigate your horrible symptoms. She's one of the good guys and its long overdue for you. Good to hear about her on the forum. I will keep my π€ and you in my prayers for answers!. π
Good luck too with the motility expert. I'm sure it will be helpful. I've lost over a stone without trying with all my gallbladder/liver problems. Its such a worry isnt it?!!.
Your gp was a superstar referring you to her. Its good she's warned you how difficult it could be but she's interested and willing to try. Thats all we ask for isn't it?.
Do keep me posted and all the very best for juggling the tests before xmas. Don't we miss driving !. I haven't for 4 years and really miss it. You must too. I don't think i knew you had broken your neck!!. What a dreadful thing to happen.

Hi Misty these little mice are so cute so thanks for sharing - the squirrels are burying their nuts at the moment all over our garden and is driving Bea &Mira to being very vocal when they see one π

Lovely hearing from you svfarmer, so glad you liked the mice. I just want to hibernate like them and wake up in Spring. We've got a squirrel being busy finding nuts near us so i shall think of excited Bea and Mira shouting at yours. Has really made me π
Hopefully i will have better pain relief very soon. i've just got the hospital letter in time to talk to gp tomorrow about getting them.
