Sore throat after fist time kiss

I don't know...

But me and my girlfriend were dating from a long time .... But since we have our first kiss we both got a sore throat...

I know that Kissing shares germs, like viruses and bacteria...

But getting a sore throat after kiss is it bad??

Are you asking because you have an auto immune condition or in general ? There are many viruses and bacteria which are spread in many ways, by touch, airbourne and on body fluids like blood and spit. However, most of them are not dangerous and we live with them everyday as our immune system recognises them and deals with them. If you have an auto immune condition like Lupus your immune system will over react, or if you are on medication to treat your condition it will lower your immunity. This may just be a coincidence that you have sore throat at this time, but I wouldnt worry unless it doesn't go. Enjoy your relationship.

I read a research paper....can't remember where it is now, but it mentioned that people with Lupus have a much higher number for Epstein barre in heir s ysyem. They weren't sure but it seems the immune system can't deal with it properly and that's why it's much higher than in normal people.

You might be able to find it online somewhere if you google Epstein barre and lupus. I know before I was diagnosed I always had a sore throats and ended up having. Y tonsils removed when I was 23 years old, which didn't help the sore throat.

There are many natural antivirus foods and herbs out there you get check out and try.

I always got something after kissing my husband on the lips - mainly cold sores, so now have had to stop in order to avoid this - not good, but self preservation and all that. We just have to hug. It is hard on him, but he does understand as he too gets cold sores from time to time, not usually after kissing me, though.
