Not a good day

Today is not a good day, nothing is going right, medically, not sure if I'm in a flair up but mainly have the overwhelming feeling that I can't cope any more. I'm hiding at work because I can't stop crying.

I get very emotional during a flare. It's Friday and you are obviously not well, why don't you feign a migrain and go home.

Work are so good with me, I went early yesterday to go to the docs and last week I went home twice, I just feel bad keep leaving them to cope without me. Good to know others get emotional during a flair, I thought I was going mad! Xx

I am sorry to read that you are feeling down at the moment. Have you got a good relationship with your employer? Are they aware of your condition? Would it be possible for you to approach them to see if they can arrange some additional support for you?

really sorry to hear you are suffering sounds like a flare, I get very emotional and tired in a flare, hopefully with some rest over the weekend you will start to feel better soon maybe your meds need changing. I know you will probably not want to but you need to go home and rest hopefully your work will understand.

Thank you all so much for replying, it did help me so much I'm in a much better place now and pain is much much reduced. I did manage to last the rest of the day at work on friday and I had a wonderful restful couple of days with my fella. I was back at work yesterday but it was lovely and quiet will be a busy one today but I feel I can tackle it. Don't know what I'd do without your virtual shoulders to cry on!!! Thanks again xxxxx
