I grabbed some yellow-stickered* lamb meatballs, and was inspired to add aubergine/eggplant, tomatoes and feta cheese to my basket. Browned some onions and the meatballs, then put them in a casserole dish with tinned tomatoes (I will put the fresh ones I bought in a salad today), chopped aubergine, garlic, rosemary in the oven for 30 minutes or so, the covered with torn feta and returned to the oven to melt the feta.
Leftovers for dinner today, with a tomato and avocado salad.
