This is what I made for dinner tonight it’s locally grown potatoes in their skin with sliced opinion baby plum tomatoes with grated cheese and one egg in a little milk with celery salt and black pepper.
I had it with a big salad with some sweet baby cucumbers and enjoyed it.
Just had Romaine lettuce for the first time, in a salad. I usually have Cos lettuce, but thought I would have a change. I much prefer the Romaine, it added a nice crispness to the salad. I hope you enjoyed yours. 🙂👍
We had roast chicken along with sprouts and rainbow mash for our roast dinner today which is red potatoes, Savoy cabbage, red cabbage and carrots and parsnips all mixed up together along with some gravy.
We have sorted some meals out for the coming week as well and all that's needed is for them to be reheated.
Baby the cat is driving us crackers with her whining about the heat!
