Lots of foods such as cottage cheese, yogurt, cream (whipped, clotted, single, double, spray can), any other cheeses, ice cream. Non dairy alternatives are also available using soya protein, oat milk, coconut milk etc

hi -- ever since I had a gorgeous fruit salad at a big hotel, every morning I have the same breakfast, a large scoop of creamed cottage cheese with a small can of mandarin oranges with juice, or a couple of those little fruit cups of mandarines in fruii juice. i never tire of this, and it starts my day off great. sometimes i even have a second one at night before bed! it's full off all kinds of nutrients,. of course you could have any fruit with your cottage cheese fruit salad, but mandarines are particularly yummy!
