Some of you may remember that when i first joined i asked about greek yogurt but just did not enjoy having it for breakfast. Then i found out i was not allergic to eggs like i thought i was but i eventually got fed up after a few weeks of eating eggs.
Now months later i have finally found my perfect breakfast. I was dignosed as dairy intolerance after several tests as i eat a lot of cheese, milk, natural yogurt and i started not feeling well and after several test my consultant finally found what was wrong with me.
With that diagnosis though i found my breakfast. Which is coconut yogurt with walnuts, camu camu powder , chia seeds. Im not a massive fruit eater but the camu camu powder gives a nice fruity flavour, iv eaten this breakfast 6 days a week for 2 months now and i still love it and better still have not got bored off it , i love it. And i have to credit it to the coconut yogurt its sooooo delish and creamy.
Camu camu fruit is higher in vitamin C than oranges and has a lovley taste and smell. Due to another condition i have to consume high amounts of vitamin C ( advised by my DR) so its a great way of getting it in every 10g of my camu camu powder is 600mg of vitamin C.
I not only love my breakfast but im not snacking as much which is good for maintaining my current weight and not putting weight on as im full till lunch time but i have so much energy after eating my breakfast now im like a poket rocket zooming with energy which i love.
