Wondering if anybody else eats the same breakfast most days?
I eat the same Mon-Fri as i like routine plus i love my breakfast. I have homade waffles. I make them with Coconut flour and i follow a low carb \keto recipe.
I top with either plain yogurt or homade keto vanilla ice cream or whipped cream ( homade) and i top with whatever fruit and nut combo im in the mood for.
What i love about waffles is they are a blank canvas and i can add whatever i want sweet or savory.
It's great that you enjoy homemade waffles for your breakfast, and you enjoy different additions to those.
I tend to have the same breakfast most days - it's Porridge with nuts, seeds and fruit, plus some yoghurt on top, and I really enjoy it. I vary the fruit slightly, and don't get bored of it.
I dont get bored either as i change the fruit. But i like routine ( i have OCD) so i dont like change and that includes food. I have a salmon salad most days for lunch. I also make chaffles ( eggs and cheese that you cook in the waffle maker) it tastes way nicer than a cheese omelette.
I eat 2 hard boiled eggs and a Greek yogurt on the side every morning when I'm at home. When I was on vacation (before COVID 19), I would have anything that was gluten free and had lots of protein and low carb. on the go.
