My "Good method for weightreduction"

is written for other people with overweight!

THE REASONS FROM OVERWEIGHT

1) Overweight and much overweight ( obecity )

come from a special hormone, some people have

to much of a special hormone level and to much

calories becomes to bodyfat.

2) A important part on the overweight problems

of much people comes from supermarkets and

fastfood shops! Much food is "hollow carbohydrate"

this food have very much calories and have not

a long time feeling of repletion !

( Sugar, white bread, toast bread, grey bread,

pizza, cornflakes, maize, rice and other food )

DESCRIPTION. METHOD FOR WEIGHTREDUCTION

( A good diet method without to fast !)

The best method for a permanent weightreduction

is to reduce the hollow carbohydrate and to change

them with other food, an other food with enaugh

quantity! ( Proteins, meat, and vegetable must

not be changed )

a) The best food for this are the mushrooms!

( Mushrooms fresh, or mushrooms in glass )

Mushrooms have no hollow carbohydrate, the

material is chitin 97% and protein 3%.

b) You can eat a midday meal in normal quantity

and you dont must fast all the time!

c) Also brings meals with mushrooms a long time

feeling of repletion !

( Thats a very good diet method !!! )

MIDDAY MEAL

Best food: ( low calories )

x vegetable x meat x mushrooms (fresh mushrooms

or mushrooms in glass) x salad x raw vegetables

x fruits (with low sugar )

Bad food: ( hollow carbohydrate )

x pasta x noodle x flummery x pizza x rice x maize

x blancmange x instant whips x icecream

BREAKFAST

Best food: ( low calories )

x whole meal bread ( Graham bread ) x cheese

x ham x egg ( hard ) x jam ( 0/low sugar )

Bad food: ( hollow carbohydrate )

x white bread x toast bread x grey bread

x cornflakes x nuggets with maize or rice

SUPPER

Best food: ( low calories )

x mushrooms (mushrooms fresh or in glass)

x whole meal bread ( Graham bread )

x cheese x ham x egg ( hard )

Bad food: ( hollow carbohydrate )

x white bread x toast bread x grey bread x pizza

x pasta x rice x maize

DRINKS

Best drinks: ( low calories )

x coffee black x coffee (with milk) x coffee (with

milk, low sweetener) x milk x tea (low sweetener)

x fruit juice with soda x mineral water

Bad drinks: ( hollow carbohydrate )

x Cola x fizzy drinks x fruit juice (with sugar)

x coffee (with sugar) x tea (with sugar)

x milk drinks (with sugar) x other drinks (sugar)

No I am not a big mushroom producer,

no, I am not a doctor or a food adviser!

I am a normal man from Germany,

65 years old, drawer, gardenfreak and

vegetarian. I had read much material and

books about sickness, health, food,

medicinal plants and other themes.

This diet method is for other people

with overweight problems! Some persons

in the forums need it to write unobjective

comments to good articles!

Boys, dont write many unobjective or bad

comments! Ladys, think on the problems

with overweight, dont write bad comments

so that this diet method will be preserve!

Positive comments from the ladys are welcome!
