As some will know iv been having a creamy thick coconut yogurt for breakfast ( topped and mixed with other things) well a YouTuber i follow had an interesting video that i had to share as i have used her first recipe for my breakfast and i love it. Its made my already yummy breakfast even more yummy and healthy.
I dont put the cranberries or currents instead i use nuts and i add chia seeds. I top with my own choice of lower sugar fruits. There are other ideas that you all may like.

Good morning! Glad to hear you've found something that has helped you with breakfast ideas, and I'm going to look forward to watching this later. I haven't tried quinoa flakes for breakfast, but it sounds like a good idea, and it's great that you're enjoying them.

quinoa is a healthy and it has so many benefits. I am unable to tolerate a lot of grains due to IBS ( caused by a very bad diet when i was a teen and very overweight) losing the 9st i needed to get back to a healthy weight ( i went from 19st to 10st in 18months) my IBS improved but i found there was a lot of foods my body could no longer digest like certain grains, dairy ect. The only grain i can tolerate is Rice. quinoa is a seed and not many people know that. quinoa flakes are a great alternative to oats to make porridge.
