Being a real coffee addicts been trying to find away if fitting it in with my healthy eating and weight loss plan to make things easier with my angina. I always have my coffee black and no sugar or sweetener but this morning I have come across the best tasting filter coffee by accident and from what I have read itβs a great anti inflammatory and a job lot of other good benefits l. Anyway how the accident happened being a bloke and being expert at multi tasking made my usual porridge and filter coffee for my breakfast π₯ running late for work and trying to do to many things at once made the decision to put my porridge in a travel mug so I could eat it on the go (not ideal I know but today was a must π) anyway put the porridge in one travel cup and coffee in my second when it happened without paying attention manage to put my usual teaspoon of cinnamon into the wrong cup o yes straight in the coffeeπ being half Yorkshire and not enough time to make another decided I was going to keep it o yes π the taste is amazing the pair work brilliantly together nearly as good as peaches and cream but better for me ππ so people tell me.
Apparently the cinnamon helps regulate the bodyβs glucose and acts as an anti inflammatory and some how assists cholesterol levels.
I normally restrict my coffee intake to two cups a day one at home and then a coffee bag later in day just been to supermarket to stock up on powders cinnamon can keep one in my work bag now for my second cup if your a coffee fan this is well worth ago πβοΈπ€ͺ

That sounds very tasty. When I used to have porridge for breakfast I used to add high quality cinnamon as I knew about the supposed anti inflammatory properties and it's help to regulate blood sugar. I also used to add chai seeds to add protein.
Iβm thinking similar. Will try cinnamon in my cocoa without my third of a tsp of sugar. Would be great to be able to enjoy it without any sugar with the added bonus of anti inflammatory properties.
I sprinkle cinnamon on my breakfast porridge, but I'm going to try your suggestion of the cinnamon in coffee, it sounds really good. I hope I remember tomorrow.
