Need to lose weight, not a problem I know how to do it but my lack of will power and generally feeling unwell does not help. Last night we had pork chop (grilled) on top of mushroom stir fry, very tasty. This morning I have made waffles and added some grated pear and served with plum and satsuma and sugar free syrup

To me this is about changing habitual eating and you need to change your relationship with food and your perception of food, so instead of seeing a sugary item as a treat seeing it as something that will stop you from losing weight and keep you unhappy.
This is why many people practice Intermittent fasting as it helps to re-set our relationship with food.
