I've been a yoyo dieter for 20yrs, quick results as always seen quick return in weight gain for me. I have ditched all that and going with healthy eating and better choices in food. I am not calorie counting or anything. No need to I know the calories of everything I eat. I don't need a a calorie to know I've eaten unhealthy or over eaten. If it come of at half pound a week than so be it. I am in day 4 and I've had some delicious meals and snacks. I have just cut out all the rubbish but not all together. Yes I will still have biscuits, cake, crisps chocolate. Its not realistic to say I'll never eat these foods again. But they not a daily thing, just a rare treat. Although diets work and I've been on them all. Its as it says a diet and when we come of it as we will the weight will return agai. So I feel it's best to eat healthy as possible that way I do not need to come off it. So sorry if that comes over as a lecture xxx not meant too. Good luck fab support bin here Jo x
Attempting to lose weight too quickly leads to metabolic damage, lower thyroid function etc etc, best plan is to set a goal and lose fat slowly, its not a race and you can succeed if you want to, but as with anything "Its take time and perseverance
I would like to know, why is it. That everything that's tastes nice is bad for you?. Life is not fair some times.........😛
I have dropped over half a stone so far this month,by totally stopping drinking alcohol, removing bread from my diet and eating the Mediterranean way i.e. fruit, veg, protein, quinoa, sweet potatoes and minimal potatoes/pasta.This has definitely worked for me,although I am no expert.☺️Good luck!
I don't really have much to say but, isn't it, diet and Exercise. I lose twice the weight with exercise, and I'm simply just talking about a half hour walk every other day, and of course if one is able to do so. Blessings.
