Cut out processed foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits. And more exercise. What you should do is making plan and sticking with it.

Go on a plant based diet. If possible 100% or just in stages as can be drastic. Lessen the protein intake from meat, chicken and fish. Swap beans /legumes for animal protein. Add exercises and believe me you'll lose weight big time!!
Watch "forks over knives" or "what the health " documentary.
Or any vegetarian / vegan documentary. You'll think again regarding your health.

I found that a balanced diet helped me, along with moderate exercise. The NHS website has some good suggestions on what a balanced diet consists of.

I found eating a whole food, clean diet helped with my weight loss, I also started on these amazing vegan shakes and capsules and they have been absolutely incredible for me!! Good luck with your weight loss journey!
